1. Who we are

zephyr8.asia is operated by YU LUHANG ("AHANG", "we"), an individual seller. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as ZEPHYR8.ASIA.

2. What we sell

AI-powered software tools, creator marketing briefs and online consulting for content creators and small businesses. All products are digital and delivered online. We do not sell physical goods.

Each product page or order confirmation states the price, billing period and what is included.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

4. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy at zephyr8.asia/en/refund-policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use our tools for unlawful content, fraud, spam, infringement of others' rights, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of the content you submit. AI-generated output may contain errors; review it before publishing or relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the output.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
